What is it that makes you in anyway proud of your ancestors?

Matter of opinion, that. When was the last time we went to the moon? Can we afford to expand further, when so many are starving?
So many have always been starving.

When was the last time we went to the moon?
NASA was just forced to set back its schedule to revisit the Moon yet again by years. NASA no longer has the risk taking temerity it had in the 60s, now they are highly risk-adverse. This adds trememdous to costs at a time when budgets are tight.

Can we afford to expand further, when so many are starving?
No. Frankly, with our debt and crumbling infrastructure and social needs, there is no rationale for space exploration beyond searching for NEOs.

My ancestors were WISE and sold their LAND, but NOT the mineral Rights.
Today, I reap the benefits of those OIL and GAS rights.

Sucks to be those without mineral rights.

Nope, it is called Capitalism.
I love it.
Lessee, oil is bad for the planet and methane is cow farts.
I guess you just don't care about the Earth.

How far do you want to go back or is the post only about racial intolerance? I'm Irish and the Irish were enslaved by Romans and later the English. Every culture on the entire globe has been victimized and enslaved at one time or another in history.
