Jacobin Mag, a socialist supporter of the Democrat Party ran some polls that may surprise many.

1. "A recent CNN/SSRS poll from March 2025 found that just 29 percent of Americans hold a favorable view of the Democratic Party....This overwhelmingly negative public sentiment toward the Democrats was confirmed by a new study of voters in four Rust Belt states (Michigan, Ohio, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin) conducted by the Center for Working-Class Politics (CWCP), the Labor Institute, and Rutgers University. It found that over 70 percent of Rust Belt voters hold a negative view of the party.

2. ...there was a discernable negative effect of running as a Democrat versus running as an independent....the survey tested respondents’ favorability toward economic populist candidates who employed identical language around corporate greed, lowering costs, and protecting jobs — except that some were described as Democrats and others as independents.....Democrats performed 10 to 16 points worse in Michigan, Wisconsin, and Ohio than otherwise identical independents delivering the same pitch.

3. ...the CWCP/Labor Institute/Rutgers researchers wanted to know why so many people dislike the Democratic Party,...Contrary to many analyses that have blamed Democrats for holding extreme positions on social and cultural issues that alienated swing voters, the dominant theme we observed was voters’ anger at the Democratic Party for failing to deliver. Among Democratic and independent respondents, the most common critique of the Democratic Party was its perceived inability to carry out policies that help ordinary people.

4..... substantial percentages of both independents and Republicans stressed that they felt the Democratic Party is untrustworthy, either because they lie or because they are corrupt. One Republican respondent reported feeling that the Democratic Party “has become extremely corrupt while pointing the blame at others. [They are] more interested in helping themselves than helping their constituents.” Along similar lines, an independent respondent charged that the Democrats were the “party of the rich and fraudulent.”
Only 11 percent of independents and 19 percent of Republicans explicitly mentioned “wokeness” or ideological extremism in their description of the Democratic Party.

5. ....the evidence suggests most voters who hold negative views of the Democratic Party are motivated less by the culture war than by a broader judgment that the party is captured by elites and not delivering tangible gains for working people. If Democrats have any hope of capitalizing on Republicans’ increasing political vulnerabilities, they need to work tirelessly to show skeptical voters — who feel burned by decades of false promises — that they are serious about reclaiming the mantle of America’s party of the working class."
All quots from Why Americans Hate the Democratic Party

Are you listening Democrat voters????

Kevin Jackson.
He's sort of (pardon the expression)
King of identity politics.
You & he are sharp on this.
Bleeds to picking the Supreme Court by sex & color.
If that's not chipping liberty than I am a dog.

And no they're not listening,
they are bolting from political madness.

Am I correct that you do not see the Democrat Party learning from the polls that Jacobin has published?

Then what, say you, is the future of the party?

You are correct counselor.
They're too distracted,
They are enamored by attention, enchanted with their own voices.

The chatty Kathy doll
that pulls its own string.

But mostly they have no leadership.
That's tough to to hide or get around.

You may be suggesting something like this:
After the Carter mess they lost 3 elections. They will be forced to change

Republicans have run on identity politics for 60 years.

The difference is, the identity politics they run on align with all that made America great, powerful, rich and exceptional…You loons/Libs run against all those same things.
See the difference?
No, that's not what Republicans have done.

They have run against everything that could make America great, powerful, rich and exceptional… What Republicans have run on has cost this country over 50 trillion in lost money in just the last 35 years alone.

Do you know what a representative democracy actually means? The people choose their elected officials. The people choose republican policies for a reason. Just because you prefer socialist policies doesn't mean the elected officials have to do what you want. They do what they want because the people elected them to do it. You actually do not want democracy, you want totalitarianism, but only if it somehow benefits you and not the majority of the people.

This is so easy, Democrats are unlikable. Nobody want's to be anywhere near them they are constantly filled with hate and rage. When they gather the only people around are other hate filled Democrats.

When you stage a national HATE AMERICA DAY nobody likes you.

Democraps have all become the Karens of politics. The only thing Karen Democraps actually want is just to troll and annoy everyone.

Young folks like me have rejected the Democrat party.

Latest polls seem to indicate that.
