Nobody set anyone up and nobody hindered any investigation. Incompetence, insufficient resources, poor communication etc in addition, former presidents or candidates have never gotten the level of protection sitting presidents do nor, until now, has it really been needed.

That movie was trash. They had Connolly and Kennedy sitting at the same height and same width in that car. They weren’t. It was a parade mobile with the rear seat higher so the guest of honor could be more clearly seen. This is how the so-called ‘magic bullet’ actually required no magic at all.
It’s all in the Warren report which had this case sewn up inside of a year or so.
The Trump attempt was clearly conspiracy. Silence about any investigation seems to underscore that.

No investigation necessary. Secret Service gets its orders directly from Biden administration and they left Trump hanging in the breeze unprotected not once but twice. The roof was not a place that should have been covered. It was the FIRST place that should have been covered. The SS sniper had Crooks in his sights waited for him to get off first shots.

That plus the cell phone proximity analysis of who Crooks was near and his travels before the shooting was very interesting, not to mention his parent's background. There are a lot of factors that need explaining.
