I am making the case that his mental decline and random mutterings are not due to a stutter. As I've repeatedly pointed out, stutterers have a hard time making certain sounds, and it's fairly easy to pick out what they are. You refuse to pick them out, so why should I believe your medical diagnosis when you can't even do that?

There is more to stuttering than simply the sounds you make. That can be fixed through speech pathologist

The ones on his watch certainly were, He had three vaccines, security measures in place, almost an entire year already learning about the virus...he and harris undid all the policies that were working, keep the nation locked down, flood the country with untest and unvaccined people, leading to record covid deaths and record inflation...and skyrocketing interest rates. Allowing people to go back to their jobs they had back in Feb 2020, certainly helped and made our country not hurt as bad as others, but the damage was done.
