What happened to Joes dementia?

Joe looked a lot older the other night than he did in 2000. I honestly think the Israel/gaza thing did him in. He thought his personal relationships would count for something with Israel. They didn't. The Israelis used him and spit him out. He had kids protesting him.

Here… from Doctor A:

It would be highly unlikely for someone with advanced dementia to give an hour-long speech to a crowd. Dementia is a progressive condition that affects cognitive abilities, including memory, language, and reasoning. As the disease progresses, individuals may have difficulty organizing their thoughts, communicating effectively, and maintaining attention for extended periods of time.

In the later stages of dementia, individuals may struggle to remember information, follow a conversation, or even recognize familiar faces. It would be unrealistic to expect someone with advanced dementia to deliver a coherent and engaging speech to a crowd for an hour.

It is important to provide support and understanding to individuals with dementia, and to adjust expectations based on their abilities and limitations. Encouraging participation in activities that are meaningful and enjoyable, and providing opportunities for social engagement in a supportive environment, can help enhance their quality of life.
Now make up another doctor.

He has always fumbled and bumbled and gaffed. Yall have been lying and claiming he is dead or has dementia for years now.
Why isn't he running then? Why did Democrats claim he was fine for 3-1/2 years.. then suddenly said "Drop out!".. and why after much resistence did he drop out?? What makes him unfit to run if he's not demented?

He lost support and dropped. That’s why he isn’t running. Not because of medical reasons or dementia

Who is he or she?
Somebody online who answered a question about dementia. Just like you and I. Could be fake, could be real. What do you think about what he said? Do you agree or disagree with it?

Joe spoke for nearly an hour on stage to a stadium of people well into the night… what happened to the dementia I’ve been hearing about over the past few months?

You'll need to ask Democrats. Because if he's physically and mentally fit then they just totally screwed the Democratic voters in the primaries.

How about you address the content of what was said

Where does it state he couldn’t read it off a teleprompter? It vaguely says he can’t give a speech for an hour that I agree with but reading off a teleprompter is much different doctor A is a douche

Q.: What medications are given to dementia patients to make them more cogent and coherent?

A.: Medications for dementia patients are typically aimed at improving cognitive function, managing symptoms, or slowing the progression of the disease. Commonly prescribed medications include:

1. Cholinesterase Inhibitors: These drugs increase levels of acetylcholine, a neurotransmitter associated with memory and learning. Examples include:
- Donepezil (Aricept)
- Rivastigmine (Exelon)
- Galantamine (Razadyne)

2. NMDA Receptor Antagonists: These medications regulate glutamate, a neurotransmitter involved in learning and memory. An example is:
- Memantine (Namenda)

3. Antidepressants and Antianxiety Medications: Sometimes used to manage symptoms such as depression or anxiety, which can affect cognitive function. Common examples include selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRIs) like:
- Sertraline (Zoloft)
- Citalopram (Celexa)

4. Antipsychotic Medications: These may be prescribed for behavioral issues or agitation, though they are generally used with caution due to potential side effects. Examples include:
- Quetiapine (Seroquel)
- Risperidone (Risperdal)

These medications may help improve symptoms or quality of life, but their effectiveness can vary, and they are not cures for dementia. Treatment plans should be individualized and managed by healthcare professionals.
Granted, the above is from AI. BUT it can’t be less authoritative than an anonymous alleged “doctor.”

No, I think he had a bad night and I think the right have been spreading lies about his medical health
It wasn't a single bad night, it was 4 years of steady decline. It just finally couldn't be excused or hidden the night of the debate. Funny how quick the usual suspects switched from, "He's the sharpest he's ever been, he'll do great for another term and will easily win a landslide victory" to, "Oh, carp, he's toast, get him out of there NOW!".
