That doesn't work.
For whatever reason, young people today, usually girls actually, grade themselves unconsciously higher than what they are. And then they complain all day about not finding the same high value partners that they somehow believe they are.
Attraction grade is a combination of looks and what value a person brings to a potential relationship.
Your just not a fella that has great looks, so the only way you can increase your number is other value other than looks. And for a man, that is going to primarily be financial.
That 3 number you probably are - a lot of that is your lack of ability to support a family.
That is what you need to change.
You without a solid career - a solid 3.

No,I'm retired and trust me there's nothing sad about doing what you want when you want and having the money to do so.
My plan had always been to retire at 50,but through hard work and perseverance I managed to beat that dead line by 4 years.
