Anyhow, that kind of gun would not have left a bullet lodged in Kirk's neck, which apparently happened? I don't know. I think we're all waiting for the details. But some news place reported that he was shot with this kind of weapon, which means the bullet would definitely have gone through his neck, no doubt about it.
