In a speech before union organizers in the 8th district of Mass (Boston), democrat congressman Michael Capuano advised American unions to...."get bloody". There is no mistaking what he intended. He called for violent riots. Rep Capuano quickly "apologized" for his words saying he was "overcome with passion". In other words Capuano said what he felt in his heart but offered an apology because most Americans might not appreciate violent demonstrations.
