Thats not true in most states, if not every state. They can only demand your ID "if they have a reasonable articulable suspision of you committing a crime". They cannot even detain you, let alone take you in for further investigation, without first explaining what crime they think you committed and WHY they think you are responsible for the crime.

More likely? Is that what you got. So let's say you belong to an organization that is opposed to the income tax, or maybe the organization itself, is opposed to the concept of the income tax. Don't you think it would be "more likely" that such an individual, or such an organization, would avoid paying that income tax. Shouldn't the IRS be able to target such individuals and organizations just like ICE can target people speaking Spanish, or even look like they are of Hispanic descent?
