“There are few signs that President Donald Trump’s supporters wanted the United States to become more embroiled in foreign conflicts ahead of its military actions in Venezuela — even as many Republicans show initial support for his military strike there, according to an Associated Press analysis of recent polling.

Most Americans wanted the U.S. government to focus in 2026 on domestic issues, such as health care and high costs, rather than foreign policy issues, an AP-NORC poll conducted last month found. Meanwhile, polling conducted in the immediate aftermath of the military operation that captured Venezuelan President Nicolás Maduro suggested that many Americans are unconvinced that the U.S. should step in to take control of the country.

And despite Trump’s suggestion that the U.S. may take a more expansive role in the Western Hemisphere, Republicans in polling last fall remained broadly opposed to the U.S. getting more involved in other countries’ problems.”

Of course, Trump can’t do anything about ‘the economy.’

Trump’s rhetoric and lies about ‘the economy’ in 2024 was about getting elected, not helping the American people.

And now we have Trump’s illegal attack on Venezuela in a failed attempt to deflect from Trump’s many failures – including his failure to address ‘the economy.’

From the hip. China and Russia can’t be the only two imperialistic countries gobbling up the resources of other countries. And in our hemisphere, we can’t let Russia or China bid for Venezuela oil.

The USA doesn’t have a good track record doing this. How do republicans think this is going to go? Go on record. A mess like iraq or Afghanistan? Viet nam? Without a hitch? Republicans own this.

Three left wing media sources and two no one has ever heard of! Good work, White 6. Only you can disprove the authenticity of your post by providing references.

You have no polling references to prove otherwise. They simply do not exist. As a debater, you are an empty sack, unable to compete in discourse, and unable to refute the multitude of polls, and unable to give logic or reference invalidating the data. You should up your game with facts, referenced, provable facts, as nobody cares about your little MAGA feelings, with nothing to back them up.

Three types of lies - Lies, damn lies and statistics. You have the latter in a poll. When you post a reliable poll, I'll consider it, but not from known TDS-suffering morons like you!

I get a kick out of people that try to fight numbers. Generally, not to bright, but good for entertainment. If you could find anything authoritative, even from a right wing rag, you would have posted it. But, No. Here you are with your feelings again. Good thing you never had to work management in corporate environment. With nothing to back up your feelings they would eat you alive.

No, I merely dismiss your TDS-riddled antics. No one cares what the libtards think. If they don't like it, show up and protest. Until then, no one needs to hear their empty heads rattle.

Maduro is water under the bridge. The country has much more pressing issues. Those issues are: Mark Kelly, I thought he was already convicted durn his court marshal. Military don't give slaps on the wrist as liberal judges do. So when will he start serving his time? We have a big problem with these sex craving democrats who seem to only date China spies, gender is optional. It might only be because no American woman will have them, but still. How much longer will that sorry governor of Minnesota be able to talk total Bull Shit about our president? It's not too bad for us normal humans but these democrats they eat that shit up as fast as they did Joe's. His latest mouth running he said our president brought up all these billions of dollars in this Minnesota fraud in December to be able to raid Midnight Mass on Christmas. The moron does make me laugh. I would laugh a lot harder if I didn't know democrats believe their vice president savior. At least it should be over soon, and he will be where he belongs, wife of a well hung inmate named Bubba. What will happen the next election if democrats can't find a worth while human to run for president. No hopefuls at all, just plenty of hopeless.

We also have a new rabid pandemic in town that makes the last one a walk in the park, TDS. To stop the spread we will have to burn the bodies even if they insist they aren't dead. You know how they lie. Besides life ain't worth much if all you do is think of ways to trash the greatest president in our life time, Good thing you democrats have scratching your ass and biting your fingernails to fall back on.

Racists!

Costa Rica was the most supportive as 87 percent of respondents approved of his arrest, followed by Chile (78 percent), Colombia (77 percent), Panama (76 percent) and Peru (74 percent). Sixty-one percent of respondents in Argentina and 60 percent in Ecuador supported his ouster, as did 52 percent in Uruguay.

Only in Mexico did a plurality, rather than a majority, support his arrest. Only 43 percent supported it, with 42 percent opposed.

This will certainly encourage him to get out of there as soon as possible. I think people are still burned by Iraq, Afghanistan, etc. And I don't blame them, but they're lumping this in with the other situations.
