The Global Warming crowd may be setting society up for mass famine and death because they are deliberately pointing everyone in the opposite direction to get their portion of the $1 billion grants.

There are simple and cheap ways to warm or cool the planet if we ever get to the point that we need them.

Perhaps the real cost would be the unintended consequences that would accompany them.

(Examples- soot at the poles to absorb more solar insolation, sulfuric acid high in the atmosphere to reflect solar insolation)
