Pics were sort of an afterthought. The cake is a trial run and I already started cutting it before I thought to take a picture. The chick sticks should be BBQ on indirect heat but I did them in the oven this am. Fam reunion food...counting my kids, nine ppl are rolling into town tonight....mine and my sister's families.

Bones suggested that I use dark brown sugar. The PUC I make tomorrow is going to have dark brown sugar, and a LOT more of it.
