The radio station America FM was doing one of
its 'Is Anyone Listening?' bits this morning.
The first question was; 'Ever have a celebrity
come up with the 'Do you know who I am?' routine?’

A woman called in and said that a few years* ago,
while visiting her cattle rancher uncle in Billings , MT ,
She had occasion to go to dinner at a restaurant
that does not take reservations.

The wait was about 45 minutes;

Many local ranchers and their wives were waiting.

Ted Turner and his ex-wife Jane Fonda came in the
restaurant and wanted a table.

The hostess informed them that they'd have to wait 45 minutes.

Jane Fonda asked the hostess, 'Do you know who I* am?'
The hostess answered,* 'Yes, but you'll have to wait 45 minutes'.

Then Jane asked if the manager was in.
When the manager came out, he asked, 'May I help you?'

*Yes, but these folks have been waiting, and I can't put you ahead of them.'

They just keep telling and retelling these lies until they become truth. The worst is that even when they find out its not true, they keep right on sending it around to other gullible fools.

I've know too many old timers that survived the great depression and they knew of the good FDR did. Even the WPA which put money in peoples pockets and gave them hope. I've known WW2 vets who said having FDR as commander in chief gave them confidence that they would win the war. What do the people over at fox central where frank gets all his info, know about anything but stirring up hate?

I would not be so quick to condemn people
because people from both parties do this same thing
denying the propaganda and projecting their own agenda,
while accusing the other of pretending "this is real and that isn't."

The denial, damage and destruction from the Democrat side
is deep enough. The fact that I am one of the few Democrats
willing to open up and accept responsibility for fixing it, and
finding ways to finance the cost of damages to the public,
tells you how many more are in denial and don't think
(a) anything was done wrong
(b) any damages are owed
(c) any members are responsible for paying that back

I do believe this.
I am not in denial like so many are within a party
that punishes people for going against the grain.

What a FU mess. But someone has to clean it up.
The Republicans and conservatives are certainly not going to clean up
after Democrats unless they can get elected to office for it.
but the Democrats won't admit wrongdoing if others are going to benefit.
So nothing gets done!

So that's leaves me, willing to address and clean up
and let other people use solutions to run for office if they want.

Well, how are those liberals any different?

You can tell them it's wrong to impose political beliefs
about right to govt health care, banning choice of therapy, etc etc

The fact that America's most noted historians that have rated the presidents since 1948 have always rated FDR as one of the top three greatest American presidents and in their last rating rated FDR America's best president hasn't hurt either.
