In the first place, we need to stop calling people who sell drugs drug dealers. They are undocumented pharmacists. Most importantly, perhaps if we were less vigilant on arresting and prosecuting Americans who manufacture drugs in America, it would reduce trafficking of drugs from other countries and reduce the trade deficit.
