we obviously need 90% less felony laws

there are 10's of thousands of such laws. everyone committs at least one felony, EVERY day in the US

Could get rid of 99.999% of the tax laws replacing it with a one-size fits all flat tax.

Could likely stand to lose a great percentage of the felony criminal code since a lot of it is duplicative and calling things like vehicular homocide that instead of simply homocide.

When you end another's life, they don't care about the method or whether it was accidental or not. Neither should the law, and the punishment should be the same regardless. If you ended another's life criminally (versus in self-defense of yourself or another,) you forfeit your's. I don't care if you were drunk, driving, or simply negligent, and neither does your victim or their family.
