Literally millions of migrants have entered the US "illegally" and every day that they remain in the US, they are breaking the law by being here. Large numbers of people are waiting in line to be "properly vetted" so that they can LEGALLY enter the US. You don't jump the line.
For those that complain that they need those who do the yard or agricultural work, all those people have to do is get back across the border and then simply apply for a "green card." Once they get the green card, they can work in the US.
