They want America to be subservient to China, it's that simple really. If there was ever a ruling Trumps.admin can ignore it's this. All nations, all presidents, they have repeatedly applied and removed tariffs as they see fit from the Treasury Department, why is the Trumps admin any different? Biden hit China EVs with 100% tariffs and no judge stopped it. They dont WANT Trump to negotiate better trade deals.and bring manufacturing back, clearly. They dont want wins, they want to prevent his administration from succeeding. One has to wonder how many judges have been bribed and/or on Chinas payroll. Treason is a very serious charge.

It varies not, by President.... they all have to get congress to pass legislation in support of each tariff trump makes. Presidents have NEVER had the power to do this without jointly including Congress.

Probably because congress is so divided, Trump has a grand strategy about manufacturing, and congress has no plan or strategy.

That is how it came to pass that House Republicans in recent weeks declared the rest of the year one long day when it came to considering a challenge to President Trump’s tariffs. They would prefer to avoid votes on whether to scrap the levies, but the law says the House must consider them within a set period of time

When the time comes. We must give these judges the karma they so richly deserve. Impverishment is a good inducer of these things. Threats of civil discourse are always questioned or challenged. Progressives' agendas are to impoverish Americans for whatever reasons. Easier to control for votes. Until control is lost. Then people come to power with the tried-and-true answers of human history. Even if they are not asked. They see the door open, and then their power grows one way or the other. We have spies, moles and traitors in our nation selling or stealing our technologies. And we end up forced to pay more to develop newer technologies and we have issues mass producing these things at a quick clip.

A district judge has no business telling the president how he should manage the military... if you think they should be able to you are wrong.... and a district judge can not take over control of our border... it will stop very soon... the SCOTUS and congress are not having this much longer...
I bet your attitude would be different if this was happening to a democrat president... that's if we ever have another dem president which is in doubt....
