This child is wise beyond his years. We all mess up from time to time yet Jesus still loves us. Whenever I sin I go to my default hiding mode, but then I remember that God doesn't want me to run away from Him when I sin like Adam and Eve did, (it's for that very reason that I do believe that it's human nature though) He wants us to run towards Him instead.

According to Jews Judas was "the least awful" of the crowd he associated with...

Spoken like a true anti-Semite. Perhaps you have forgotten that Judas was cursed with the role to fulfill prophecy and that the vast majority of Jesus' disciples, not just Judas, were Jewish? That would include the other eleven apostles and the thousands who followed Jesus and those who established the first Christian congregations who were all Jews?

The dumbest and most profoundly stupid errors that I have made in my sixty six years can always be turned around into valuable encouragement for my buddies who have made similar errors to what I have made. If you wish I can easily get very specific in giving examples of how this has worked out?

Sure and I love what that kid said about how Grace doesn't end with betrayal, it begins. Beautiful. Just beautiful. I love this song too.❤️

I am at the library right now so I can't hear the audio for these videos but at least I can go into detail on what I have been learning, [especially over this past decade].

About seven or eight years ago I was in a dark place spiritually. I was watching far too much netflix and enjoying various Netflix series for many of the wrong reasons. "Spartacus" and "Marco Polo" come to mind.

I prayed about this and soon I was led to find near death experiencer Kevin L. Zadai online. I began to take his online courses in January of 2020 and I found that what he teaches and how he teaches resulted in my mind and heart got cleaned up, [I believe due to my tapping into a an excellent source of Holy Spirit inspired teachings].

The interesting thing is that, unlike the other three Gospels, in the Gospel according to John the only one given bread during the last supper was Judas as a secret way for Jesus to identify his betrayer to the other disciples.

"And as soon as Judas received the bread, Satan entered him." John 13:27

What does that tell you?

To my thinking this tells me lots of things. I believe that on one level Jesus and soon John knew that Judas was not being fully honest with his job of treasurer. This means that Judas had a guilty conscience which opened the door for Satan to enter him, [much as Satan once entered Cain and got him to murder his brother].

Bar Abbas, was not the only allegorical "goat for Azazel" on earth at that time.

I can see that but I also see a good reason to reflect on what is actually happening when eating bread at mass.

"From his mouth there went a sharp sword with which to smite the nations." Rev. 19:15 "Take this and EAT IT"

"Satan has received permission to test all of you, to separate the good from the bad, as a farmer separates the wheat from the chaff." Luke 22:31

The Son of man shall be lifted up like Moses lifted up the serpent (during the time of testing) in the wilderness. John 3:14

WOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So is it possible that in a way Satan is something of an "angel of death" who will immediately obey the command from Jesus to take our lives, [but in many cases our lives cannot end until Satan has gotten us into a place where we can handle the higher vibrational levels of paradise or heaven]?

1 Corinthians 5:4-5 New King James Version (NKJV) In the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, when you are gathered together, along with my spirit, with the power of our Lord Jesus Christ, deliver such a one to Satan for the destruction of the flesh, that his spirit may be saved in the day of the Lord Jesus.

Mark mentioned the betrayal and what would identify the betrayer in the text of the Last Supper but did not name the betrayer. Matthew names the betrayer in the presence of the other Disciples in a way that could not be mistaken. Luke didn't mention how the betrayer would be identified and we don't know who it is until the arrest in the Garden of Gethsemane, John also identifies Judas by name but includes a narrative that the other Disciples didn't understand that he would betray Jesus.

None of the Gospel texts suggest the Disciples understood what would happen as a result of the betrayal.

All this tells me is that each was writing his own version of what was important in the story. There have been centuries of debate re Judas' motives in betraying Jesus. Ultimately the point is that there was a betrayal and that was necessary in order for there to be a crucifixion, death, resurrection.

Are we all Judas though? We all sin and fall short and need God's forgiveness and salvation. Only if that is considered betrayal of Jesus would make us a Judas.

I don't think in those terms. I allow others their belief who do though.

I could be wrong, I often am, but I do suspect that Messiah Yeshua - Jesus went to lengths that would boggle our minds in His efforts to bring Judas up to the point where he could rise up out of Purgatory or Hell, and like the thief on the cross, also be taken into heaven, [in spite of his horrible error that in some ways was even worse than what Cain did]?

I never thought of it that way but I suppose so. Thanks for giving me something new to chew over!

I have suspected that the Roman church decided to play that role until they could find someone who passed "the test". They present to every Catholic who they taught the divine commands to a choice, and then told them that to be a confirmed catholic you must set aside the commandments and seek spiritual life from a lifeless piece of bread MADE BY HUMAN HANDS, a clear violation of the first command under penalty of "the death", a curse.

BILLIONS FAILED AND CONTINUE TO FAIL "THE TEST" BY WORSHIPPING A MAN AT MASS EVERY SUNDAY.

Dying every time they set aside the Law of God to seek spiritual life from a matzo, never finding peace in death.

On the other hand I was taught to drink some dry red wine and some kosher matzos on the fourteenth day of the first month by the Hebrew calendar when I was twenty years of age and could finally buy a car and drive to the nearest branch of the Worldwide Church of God.

About a year or so later my girlfriend at that time talked me into being anointed with oil and prayed for and within a few months I noticed that the pain of rheumatoid arthritis that I had since 1973 was gone.

Whatever may have happened back then I hope you have grown enough to leave it all behind and never look back. Kosher law is not about food and Divine Law was never intended to be taken literally by the intelligent.

You owe no preacher or church 30% of your income. No one can do for you what only you can do for yourself.

Even if you gave them 100% of every penny you make, your life, home, possessions, and all of your children.

Smarten up.

So what do you think of the decision by Cephas - Peter to REFUSE three times, to eat anything common or unclean, [even when this order was given perhaps by an angel]?

There was a certain man in Caesarea called Cornelius, a centurion of the band called the Italian band,

2;A devout man, and one that feared God with all his house, which gave much alms to the people, and prayed to God alway.

3;He saw in a vision evidently about the ninth hour of the day an angel of God coming in to him, and saying unto him, Cornelius.

4;And when he looked on him, he was afraid, and said, What is it, Lord? And he said unto him, Thy prayers and thine alms are come up for a memorial before God.

5;And now send men to Joppa, and call for one Simon, whose surname is Peter:

6;He lodgeth with one Simon a tanner, whose house is by the sea side: he shall tell thee what thou oughtest to do.

7;And when the angel which spake unto Cornelius was departed, he called two of his household servants, and a devout soldier of them that waited on him continually;

8;And when he had declared all these things unto them, he sent them to Joppa.

9;On the morrow, as they went on their journey, and drew nigh unto the city, Peter went up upon the housetop to pray about the sixth hour:

10;And he became very hungry, and would have eaten: but while they made ready, he fell into a trance,

11;And saw heaven opened, and a certain vessel descending upon him, as it had been a great sheet knit at the four corners, and let down to the earth:

12;Wherein were all manner of fourfooted beasts of the earth, and wild beasts, and creeping things, and fowls of the air.

13;And there came a voice to him, Rise, Peter; kill, and eat.

14;But Peter said, Not so, Lord; for I have never eaten any thing that is common or unclean.

15;And the voice spake unto him again the second time, What God hath cleansed, that call not thou common.

16;This was done thrice: and the vessel was received up again into heaven.

17;Now while Peter doubted in himself what this vision which he had seen should mean, behold, the men which were sent from Cornelius had made enquiry for Simon's house, and stood before the gate,

18;And called, and asked whether Simon, which was surnamed Peter, were lodged there.

19;While Peter thought on the vision, the Spirit said unto him, Behold, three men seek thee.

20;Arise therefore, and get thee down, and go with them, doubting nothing: for I have sent them.

21Then Peter went down to the men which were sent unto him from Cornelius; and said, Behold, I am he whom ye seek: what is the cause wherefore ye are come?

22;And they said, Cornelius the centurion, a just man, and one that feareth God, and of good report among all the nation of the Jews, was warned from God by an holy angel to send for thee into his house, and to hear words of thee.

23;Then called he them in, and lodged them. And on the morrow Peter went away with them, and certain brethren from Joppa accompanied him.

24And the morrow after they entered into Caesarea. And Cornelius waited for them, and he had called together his kinsmen and near friends.

25;And as Peter was coming in, Cornelius met him, and fell down at his feet, and worshipped him.

26;But Peter took him up, saying, Stand up; I myself also am a man.

27;And as he talked with him, he went in, and found many that were come together.

28;And he said unto them, Ye know how that it is an unlawful thing for a man that is a Jew to keep company, or come unto one of another nation; but God hath shewed me that I should not call any man common or unclean.

Was Peter -Cephas guilty of being "overmuch righteoius" as King Solomon had warned us to watch out for?

Ecclesiastes 7:16
Be not righteous overmuch, and do not make yourself overwise; why should you destroy yourself?
