Belongs in politics because politicians made this happen.
And he was still released on $1,000 bail for trying to murder his girlfriend.

Democrats can't be allowed in power. They hate normal Americans and want them to be harmed by criminals.

Sounds like a shitty liberal judge to me, but I don't know how judges are seated in Wisconsin.

An honest slime bucket. I wonder how many voters knew about his admission?

DA Chisholm, who is responsible for releasing and inflicting Darrell Brooks on the public, despite so many reasons to lock this piece of shit up for decades to come, should be sentenced to a cell with Brooks and whoever kills the other one can walk out of jail, but only long enough to be promptly re-sentenced again.

He was ranting about knocking out old white people as being justified…then…surprise surprise …he plows through the dancing Granny’s club and kills 4 of them.

The chickenshit USMB leftists are avoiding this thread. They're waiting for talking points about how this was actually a good thing.
They’re still busy crying about Rittenhouse. Or trying to figure out how to defend this while crying Wacist!

I still want to know exactly who is buying the media version of events. We are to believe a man fleeing a crime decided the best way to avoid apprehension was smash through a police barricade? Then we learn more and more about this dirtbag and the crime better fits his personal fantasies than this story of fleeing a different crime.

But he's black, and we're not allowed to criticize! He may only be praised, like Saint George of Fentanyl!

Oh good. Another discussion on Bail.

Bail is a Constitutional Right. Look under the Eighth Amendment. It has to be an extreme case to deny Bail. Usually the crime is heinous, or the individual presents a high risk of flight.

But let’s begin with what guides Bail.

The Eighth Amendment to the Constitution of the United States.

http://ttps://constitution.congress.gov/constitution/amendment-8/

Eighth Amendment

Excessive bail shall not be required, nor excessive fines imposed, nor cruel and unusual punishments inflicted.

I always find it amusing that Conservatives who denounce liberals and scream the Liberals are destroying or ignoring the Constitution, ignore the same document constantly.

One of the uses of Bail is to reduce Jail Populations. Most jails are overcrowded. Remember the case of Lindsey Lohan who served a day or so in Jail and was released as time served for a couple weeks of jail as a sentence? How outraged people were screaming she got preferential treatment? Well she was released on schedule, because of the over crowding.

So Bail allows the jails to keep those convicted of minor crimes which carry a short sentence in longer. As opposed to being full to the brim of people who are awaiting trial.
