WAR reparations for Ukraine should be paid by Putin & his supporting oligarchs

Putin started this unjustified war against Ukraine, with support from Russia’s DUMA and his rich “friends” that are afraid to speak out against him.
He has broken international law using false excuses and the United Nations' International Court of Justice ordered Russia to stop its invasion of Ukraine immediately, but dictator Putin continues to KILL, KILL, KILL.

Therefore, when Russia is defeated economically & militarily, it should continue being a civilized-world pariah ... until it provides reparations to Ukraine. It will be up to the future Russian leaders (after removing Putin) to find & seize the assets squandered by Putin & his corrupt oligarchs. Navalny & friends will be able to assist, among many other innocent Russians. Kadyrov’s corrupt contract should also be eliminated.

Any war reparations from Russia should surely include paying completely for the cost of fully repairing/restoring the Antonov AN-225, and perhaps even for completing the second, incomplete AN-225 airframe as well.

It would be nice but who is going to make Russia pay for it as I'm sure it won't happen if it's left up to the Russians......Till that question is answered then it's all just empty rhetoric.

My bet is that there are going to be the chi-coms doing the rebuilding and getting paid in wheat.
