Poverty in Russia

Russia is claiming there are fewer poor people in the federation but there is a problem with the definition of poor. According to the Federal Service for State Statistics of the Russian Federation, anybody whose basic needs are met isn´t poor. We are talking about food, housing, ect.
So there are only 6,8 % poor people in Russia. A historic low!

The service´s figure is also influenced by the following circumstances:

• The annexed territories are excluded from the statistic
• Rise in food prices are attributed not to inflation, but to the cold winter. (This winter was stronger than usual indeed, though)

Result: More than 50 % of the Russian population are located between poor and middle class.

We watched the development closely and here is our finding:

The EU is designed to overwrite national decisions. A long history of bypassing of decisions made by the respective authorities proofs the EU does not meet EU standards and has to be replaced. Examples:

Bypassing referendums:

France: Negative referendum on the EU constitution bypassed by a replacement document called Treaty of Lissabon (TEU/TFEU).

Ireland: Negative referendum on the Treaty of Lissabon bypassed by money rain and repeated referendum.

Eurocrats, whether domestic or in Brussels, are bypassing decisions made by authorities as soon they have been issued. Hungary for example. Latest Example: They want to bypass a veto made by the Polish President:

They do it everywhere, anytime. All the institutions are obsolete as soon as they don´t follow the path of self-destruction.
