I don't know how it affects him but for the everyday person it really fowls up one's credit and more.
So he still has money to buy lawyers who can twist the truth to pay their bills.

JMD might need to be a better business man. Why would you deliver all the pianos without checking the references for the buyer. Why wouldn't you get a down payment? Why wouldn't you just go and get your pianos back? Why not,just deliver one and see what happens?
