This is the problem in the local library where I live, in a liberal county. It has become a haven for homeless during the day, and they stink up the place and make lewd remarks to the young teenage girls. It’s gotten so bad that parents won’t let their kids study there, and I myself haven’t stepped foot in there in years.

They are prioritizing homeless over tax-paying citizens.

WTF were black kids doing in a library of all places?

My guess is that it could be the only place that they haven't been banned from yet. If I am right, it only means that they still have not gotten a certain message. Maybe the only way to make them get it now is through a prison sentence.
