When a Yugoslav woman made her way to the Command of the Red Army entering Belgrade, she was casually gang-raped until she showed that she was a messenger from Tito, one of Stalin's closest Partisan Allies! In 1948, when Tito fell out with Stalin, the scale of casual rape of Yugoslav women was one of the reasons given!​

I could be wrong here, but actually the Germans were more disciplined, and did not commit the casual mass rapes that the Russians did. They were systematic in their extermination of those groups they did not like -- the Russians were not.
