Imagine a foreign adversary had DECIMATED (I.e., destroyed 90% of) our air force and navy, destroyed most of our inventory of weapons and the stuff needed to deliver them, and put our nuclear arsenal back ten years, while devastating our already-dying economy.

How meaningful would it be if our President then commissioned a cartoon mocking the adversary that had done this unimaginable harm to our country?
