No one needed any indication from Joe. It was known by the whole world before he even signed on in Jan. '21 that there would be no second term. In fact, the only real question was how many months will this guy last? I did not expect they could hide him and shelter him from virtually all his duties, but they have. That is the only reason he is still in office. .....that, and the perishable thought Kamala would be his replacement.
