She's the President of the Senate....and she made other plans with the leader of one of our closest allies is coming to speak to Congress?She had made other plans before the visit day was announced....
she also made plans to meet with Netanyahu one on one....which will be much more productive, anyway....
It's only an issue to you Trumpers who wanted her sitting behind him for your own partisan agenda...

Kamala has turned her back on Israel which is a slap in the face to our only reliable ally in the Middle East. And now she will go full Marxist socialist pushing federal enforcement of NO RESTRICTIONS of any kind on abortion, no more private health insurance, as much as 80% taxes on some, no restrictions on the migrant invasion, federal 'right to vote' laws that will eliminate the states' authority in elections, cashless bail for all, etc. etc. etc.
