‘Very disturbing’: Florida teens get longer prison sentences than adults

Children tried as adults were sentenced to a little more than five years for a felony charge while adults received around three-and-a-half years.

Age limits for crimes doesn't matter to criminals. WHY should it matter to anybody else?

WHY?

Each year, more than 600,000 individuals are released from state and federal prisons. Another 9 million cycle through local jails. More than two-thirds of prisoners are rearrested within 3 years of their release and half are reincarcerated.

So WHY let them out if they are just going back to their old ways?
OBVIOUSLY THEY LEARNED NOTHING FROM PRISON!
