Verdict reached in Karmelo murder trial

People get 10 20 years or more for drunk driving and killing somebody.... But a person who walks into a group of people, intentionally provoking confrontation then intentionally stabs someone through the heart killing him shouldn't do time?... please 🙄

youre right it doesnt matter how many times because one is enough,,

I understand where you come from children have no rights but here in america any person can ask another to mleave from a place their not supposed to be,,

you just think they can be murdered for asking,,

image a 17 yr old is home and a stranger comes in his house,,

using your logic he cant ask them to leave and if they do they can be murdered for it,,

asking him to leave is not bullying unless youre a soyboy pussie that likes blowup chinese sex dolls

A tent in a public place isn't a house being burglarized.

Asking him to leave isn't bullying.

Pushing him after he tells you to keep your hands off of him is.

imagine youre child is at a public camp ground in their tent and a stranger comes in and refuses to leave even when asked 23 times to leave and instead of leaving murders your child,,

he never pushed him and even if he did it doesnt justify murder,,

Actually, the average sentence for DUI Manslaughter is 3-15 years.

That said, we could end DUI tomorrow. Simply require every car to be outfitted with a blow-meter as standard equipment.

We won't do this, of course.

why would we do that??

most deaths in that case are caused by sane sobor drivers with no excuse,, and least the drunks have an excuse,,

Well, if I had a kid, the first thing I would teach them is "Don't go looking for fights, because there are a lot of crazy people out there who have a constitutional right to guns, for some reason."

Is it up to 23 times?

This wasn't at a campground. This was at a sporting event, where for some reason, they had the home team with a tent and the visiting team was made to stand out in the rain.

A tent is not a public place when it’s not open to the public

This was a track meet, each school had their own tent. This bully came into a rival schools tent to start trouble and refused for leave after being asked to numerous times

All witnesses said Antony was the bully and provoker…and finally stabbed a guy in the heart after threatening him

Your keep lying because you want to encourage more black kids to commit murder and go to prison

No, there's no excuse for driving drunk.

But what there is a healthy industry of making people pay through the nose for driving at 0.08 after two drinks at a bar.

Good advice, maybe you should of told Anthony that

The visiting team didn't have a tent.

Again, no one is saying that Karmelo wasn't in the wrong here. But so were the Metcalf brothers for deciding to escalate something as petty as being in our tent to a physical altercation.

key word "similar"

the world is a better place with karmelo in jail,,, he was bound to murder at some point just surprised it wasnt another black man since most blacks are killed by other blacks,,
Was Caysen Allison bound to murder at some point? Was Amber Guyger bound to murder at some point? Why didn't they kill another white, since most what's are killed by someone white.

15th post
Yeah? Gangsters didn't go around punching women in the face and killing elderly couples they also didn't suck off the government then complain about it..... That was also damn near 100 years ago
No, they just terrorized the neighborhood and murdered innocent bystanders in shootouts, but that was ok because they were white.

Amber Guyger only got 10 years for shooting a black man in his own home.

Only reason she isn't free today is because her case was so high-profile, but she'll still be back on the street by 2029 or earlier.

No, I am not justifying a damn thing. It's amazing how your tune changes when the defendants change. If Caysen Allison would have rec'd 35yrs or if Amber Guyger would rec'd 30yrs I would agree with Karmelo's sentence.
Allison was convicted of murder, he got the max for what he was convicted of though

Anthony didn’t, he got some slack

Anthony had the same opportunity to put on mitigating evidence at a sentencing hearing that Amber did.
