Yep Anthony only got a third of the maximum sentence FOR THE CRIME HE WAS CHARGED WITH. The White kid got the maximum sentence FOR THE CRIME HE WAS CHARGED WITH.

I disagree with the FB post, or at least the first fifteen seconds. If it were the opposite, it would have been pled out and not gone to trial because its a super loser of a case for the reasons cited - aka he would be found guilty in well three hours.

EDIT: now the other way to look at it, is the scenario where everyone involved was the same ethnicity? I would submit this would never have been in the news either.

It doesn’t need to convince anyone, it just needs to show what really happened.

As of right now, it’s being left up to speculation. Just release the footage and remove all doubt. If people want to reject reality after seeing it, that’s on them and their own delusion.

The Justice System is as racist in 2026 as it was in 1926. Caysen Allison stabbed a kid to death in a school bathroom and was sentenced to 10yrs which means he will be out in 5yrs and he wasn't even charged with murder.

Here's where some black people who want to try and draw comparisons between incidents, but don't bother to look at the details to see how and why it might be seen differently.

In the case of Allison, there was actually a fight with fists thrown between Jose Ramirez (the stabbing victim) and his friends vs. Allison in a school bathroom. We know that because security footage and one of Ramirez's friends recorded the fight. The video evidence showed in the trial that Allison was being attacked by a group of people. You know ... the thing that Karmelo supporters tried to claim what happened. That gave Allison a greater claim that he did it in self-defense. He was charged with murder, manslaughter, and criminally negligent homicide. The jury found Allison not guilty of murder or manslaughter but found him guilty on the third charge. We don't know what the racial makeup of the jury in the Allison trial was.

Trials are different because circumstances aren't the same in every case. What you just did was just parrot someone else's lazy thinking to trying to establish a racism narrative.

So don't pick THAT ONE GUY. Pick the next black person. Because excluding blacks from the jury gives him an avenue for appeal, as does the judge not allowing the jury to consider manslaughter.
