If you believe Ukraine was winning the war because of what the media, Litwin, and others said......this cements the fact that they were all GASLIGHTING you! Even the big Z admits his country is in dire straights. He is having trouble even getting manpower.

Unless Europe intervenes with soldiers, Ukraine will be gone very quickly. Big Z though doesn't want a cease fire, he wants the war to continue and the USA and everyone else send in military to bail him out.

If the sanctions would have actually screwed over the Russian economy enough to make it hurt at home for them within a year of the stalemate starting (so Winter 2022 to Winter 2023) they might have had a chance to overthrow Putin and get a more tractable government to deal with.

Right now, that isn't feasible.
