Ah, not this lie again.
Sorry, that apartment complex was condemned by the city because the owners weren't bothering with upkeep.

AURORA, Colo. — In a new statement, the City of Aurora on Wednesday confirmed "components" of the Venezuelan gang Tren de Aragua (TdA) are operating in Aurora but said "reports of TdA influence... are isolated."
Social media has been flooded with accusations that the Tren de Aragua gang has taken over an Aurora apartment complex the city is closing near Colfax and Peoria. Neither the city nor the Aurora Police Department has confirmed those claims.
The City of Aurora plans to close an apartment complex with a long list of code violations that have plagued residents for years, leaving many to scramble to find new housing as they'll be forced to vacate in a matter of days.
“The city has documented substantial, longstanding unresolved code violations and other poor conditions at the property for the last few years,” said Ryan Luby, a spokesman for the City of Aurora, referring to the apartment complex at 1568 Nome St. near Colfax and Peoria.
The city said the property management company, CBZ, has failed to address the violations and has been uncooperative.
So in short. Sleezy slumlord company fails to maintain their property, blames Venezuelan gang when the City finally gets off their ass and closes them down.
