Vaccine for Automobile Crashes?

In the endless fight between pro and anti vaccine stances, an oft-used line is, "Fewer people have died of X than die in car crashes every year!"

So, if we had a vaccine that prevented automobile crashes, would you take it? Would you give it to your children? Just one shot and you'll never be in a car crash for the rest of your life...

Would you take the vaccine, even if it had scary "adjuncts" in it?

don't have a car, most crashes are non fatal. and i have 12 friends who survived a car crash. this is a hype. the cavemen survived without this autism-vaccine, too.
