Police officers not engaging an active shooter, or even attempting to go inside.
Reminds me of the school shooting in Florida where a police officer stood outside instead of rushing in to save lives. The police officer was later identified as almost ready to retire in a few weeks. (wink, wink)
We can't rely on the police, but even if they did their jobs correctly, it takes far too long for them to show up.
Teachers need to arm themselves.
