This suspension announces to every nutjob around that there are no officers guarding the school.

They already know that there are no officers guarding the schools in Uvalde. They found that out on the day of the shooting.

My ISD doesn't have its own police force, and we have armed police guarding our school every day. This whole mania for every department, and every local agency, having its own police force is a by-product of our insanity after 9/11.

Wonderment to me is why they did not dispand that School District police force the day after the mass shooting.

How the hell can a man in an office hold back a group of armed men sworn to protect the safety of citizens while children are being murdered?
