Utah lawmaker's bill: State should be able to ignore court on gay marriage

I agree but I just gotta say as much as I am on the side of the states here this is a losing battle that will cost the tax payers money...we appreciate the sentiment but its not really going to work but every state that fights back makes the movement for states rights and taking back power from the fed gov especially its overreach in to state issues.
