USSC upholds state court's rights in congressional maps case

This has far reaching implications in voting rights, all over the country. Had the court upheld the effort by NC repubs, then the courts would have been sidelines in voting issues, including the drawing of congressional maps. Justices Roberts and Kavanaugh went along with the courts progressive justices in giving the courts say in voting matter. This will really effect 2024 elections and federal voting rights.
