Moron, in the first clip, Obama is talking about Michael Mullen, the son of Admiral Mullen. The Admiral, his wife, Deborah, and his son, Michael, were all present there that day. His other son, John (Jack), wasn't there as he had been deployed.

Obama recognized the whole family and gave them a shout out for their service. You'll note the comma following Michael's name...

"Most of all, Admiral Mullen, Deborah, Michael, and I also want to also acknowledge your son Jack, who’s deployed today."​

In the second clip, Obama never says, "Michael."
