using dispersals and booms?

dispersals break up the oil so it does float on the surface the booms only work on surface oil
Is anyone thinking about what they are doing with the spill?

Dispersants disperse the oil and make it look like less.

They use it to hide the size of the spill.

Its about money.

The dispersants make people and wildlife really sick.

They dont ******* care, GET IT!

They dont ******* care about you or anything but profit.
