Nobody who honorably depends on NECESSARY government money has seen those benefits cut. Rubio has made it clear that all legitimate functions of US AID will be handled by the State Department per usual. But an agency that was used too much by corrupt and dishonorable officials/bureaucrats/elected/appointed people will be no more. And good riddance.
