That is simply NOT TRUE.

The judges could not dismiss any case brought to the court, without reading the Summary brief of Trumps lawyers, where they have to give the judge their best evidence in their Briefs, of WHY the suit, should be accepted by the court.

(The judges in all cases brought to the court, have to determine whether a case should go forward....to do this, the lawyers present their best case, in briefs, that is given to the judge.)

The DOJ federal office in every major metropolitan area in all swing states were ordered to investigate any claims of fraud and assist local authorities where needed.. They came up empty handed of any substantial fraud that could affect the election results.
