This story of deception has been told many times in history, rarely with positive outcomes for the innocent being abused. They have every intention of challenging and replacing America, one need only look at their actions, not their words. In fact, they are actively challenging and trying to sink the U.S, even if it takes a global pandemic to achieve it.
Furthermore, China already proved they have little value in their word for the Wuhan Virus "investigation", Hong Kong and many other agreements they have violated, including one in which Obama had China and the Philippines agree to leave a disputed area, only to have the Philippines leaves while China stayed put and laughed at the Wests naivety.
