They like them young and they like them poor. A disgusting caste system that destroys kids before they even get a chance to fully develop. Ask yourself "what kind of people engage in this abuse of power over the helpless and downtrodden?"
This is just enforcing a caste system and it's ensured our nation is going to get crushed on the global stage.

The Ford government’s haphazard rollout of a new police record check is causing widespread problems at children’s aid societies and leading to “unnecessary delays and hardship” for vulnerable kids and families, says the group that represents most agencies in the province.
The Ontario Association of Children’s Aid Societies is speaking out after a report in the Star last week revealed police forces are refusing to issue the record check due to privacy and legal concerns.
The group says the new police check — a deeper background search than previously required for people who work in the child welfare sector — has created significant operational challenges for agencies, resulting in fewer placement options for kids and “heightened stress for children and families.”
This warning comes at a time when agencies are facing a crisis that has forced them to house children and youth in motels, offices, Airbnbs and camping trailers.
Under the new check, law enforcement agencies must disclose every contact between the person and a police service that resulted in a written record, including mental health crisis calls. The deeper background search replaces the vulnerable sector check, which was subject to the Police Record Checks Reform Act, a 2015 law that prevents police from disclosing non-criminal interactions with law enforcement.
Solomon Owoo, CEO of the Ontario Association of Children’s Aid Societies (OACAS), confirmed in a statement that agencies have faced difficulties in getting the new check, discrepancies in how different police services process the deeper background search and delays in getting results.
