The university raised $25 million in donations from Chinese organizations and individuals from mid-2022 to mid-2023, according to records obtained by APT from the Pennsylvania Department of Education. This figure is significantly higher than the $8.6 million received from the state during the previous reporting period from mid-2021 to mid-2022.

The Ivy League school attracted nearly $130 million in donations from China from mid-2018 to mid-2023, a dramatic increase from the previous year.

Also, interesting note, Biden was hired as a professor at UPenn shortly after his VP gig. He had a salary of $776,527 in 2017 and 2018, almost double of a full-time professor at UPenn.

Even more interesting is how there are "minders" throughout the school, who make sure no one starts speaking out and saying anything controversial about the government, who will remind them that their family is still back in China and will be persecuted, all of these students already know this. One kid who did speak out is not going back, as his father has already lost his job and his family is blacklisted.
