Trust the credentialed bureaucracy 😂
I knew this would happen

Soon, the entire state of California will either be the super duper rich, like Bezos and company, or massive homeless encampments that are sectioned off from the rich folk with the wildlife preserves separating them.

They will probably fill the thing with man eating lions.

Bill Maher said he needed two inspections just to replace an existing roof.....More money laundering.

I bet those departments in CA are like a family reunion with relatives sucking the taxpayer dry.

They could have a luncheon and a reunion at the same time. ;)

Well, to be fair, they'd be crazy to approve any new homes without meeting three conditions.
  1. Special roofs which resist catching fire.
  2. Special attic vent screens which block the entrance of fire embers.
  3. No combustible growth within 5 feet of the house.
Maybe one inspection is for general code and the other is to assure the home plans will meet new fire-resistance measures.

It is the right that has been wrong about everything. Let's start with trickle-down economics.

He was having a fire-resistant roof installed!

They’re all on septic system; the closer to the ocean, the more millions are added to cost.

Highly likely that none of the existing systems are compliant with new code
