I am not sure we made it 5 minutes. Maybe 5 minutes.
And that 5 minutes was painful.
Did anyone actually watch this movie in entirety??

For me - it just reiterates what I already knew. That Jerry Seinfeld is a hack. He owes 98% of his wealth to Larry David. THE absolute talent behind the Seinfeld TV show. Without Larry David, Jerry Seinfeld would probably reverted to being a used car salesman. FACT

I watched that movie. It was a disappointment. I expected more. It was really not funny.

I like what one critic said - "It is a comedy movie that suffers from thinking it is funny, when it just isn't."
And that is accurate in describing Jerry Seinfeld. He is a man who thinks he is funny, but just isn't. He was nothing before Larry David, and would have stayed nothing without Larry David.

If it weren't for the REAL, TRUE talent of that show (which I never watched).....that hack would have never made it to TV, much less anything else.

THESE people are FUNNY!!! TRUE, REAL funny people! They have the gift.

The true humor of Seinfeld is this man:

Larry David. A great comedic writer. He failed as a stand up because he lacked both timing and delivery, but his feel for what is funny and what works is flawless.
Anyone who liked Seinfeld will surely like "Curb your Enthusiasm" (HBO)

I have said it before, Jerry Seinfeld is the luckiest man in television history. Larry David HATES being famous, and named the show Seinfeld so Jerry would get the recognition. And gave Seinfeld the most generous TV contract, literally, in television history.
