He expanded it with the "amputation" thing...whiuch AGAIN is not the decision of a GP but ALWAYS the decision of a surgeon who will ONLY decide to do it if the GP or other specialist recommends it.

Reform healthcare? Absoilutely...it has its issues.

But to gain supoport for it by getting the more naive to hate their doctors and hate the insurance companies?

Irresponsible.

There are plenty of people that work in insurance companies that are simply doing their jobs who are now looked down upon.

Here in NY? I have seen many on the LIRR get reamed out by other passengers becuase they worked for AIG.....simply being employees....sitting in their seats shaking like leaves in a hurricane.

White cops in NYC fear for their lives more than ever ever since the "racial profiling" comment by Obama.

The man is creating a divide like we have not had for 40 years...and he simply keeps on doing it.

I had four complaints about Obama the candidate:

1) he lacked treansparency even though all he talked about was transparency...
2) he lacked anything that showed he was a centrist even though he ran on a centrist platform
3) he lacked honesty...and admitted he lied about publicx financing for political expediency
4) He seemed to be way too inexperienced to be president.

1) I have yet to see any real transparecny....all smoke and mirrors
2) He is by no means a centrist...he is left of left
3) He is by no means being honest at all times...BTW...He DID bow to the king no matter how many times he denies it
4) He has made MAJOR decisions that have backfired...a sign of political immarturity. For example...at OUR cost of 250 million we got rid of 4 GITMO detainees...who now live better than you and I.

If the surgeon has the final say, then it's he/she that makes the decision and not the pediatrician. Pediatricians decide whether or not to consult with a surgeon but if the surgeon deems the procedure unnecessary, then the procedure would not be done. See how things can be spun? In his quote..and what "the right was upset with as well as pediatricians nationwide was what she did NOT highlight....

And seeing as people get to sue for scars they get from surgery, I am sure people would sue for tonsils being taken out for no reason.....but they arent. He simply showed he is a paranoid asshole and expects the rest of us to be that way.....

ANd sorry...NO pediatrician has the right to say to ANY surgeon..."I insist you perform the surgery. The surgeon has the final; say and is based on his or her OWN diagnoisis.

Obama simply decided to play on the paranoia and naivety of the American people.
