Don’t have any groups that come to mind immediately but the most underrated artist was Laura Brannigan.Madonna got all the attention in the 80,s but she couldn’t hold a candle to brannigan.Madonna most over rated female artist ever where brannigan was most underrated,Madonna only sounded good on the radio but brannigan not only sounded good on the radio but LIVE as well.far more talented than Madonna by leaps and bounds,Madonna just had the connections is how she became so big.
