What law are you talking about? This is merely an attempt to make it so those dreaded black people have the same access to real estate as the rest of us.

But what if minorities are being kept out because of finances and not because the neighborhood is racist. We already have laws to make sure a minority family can live anywhere they can afford to, this ain't the 1960's. How is a middle income anybody going to afford to live in Beverly Hills, Malibu,Manhatten,Greenwich,Westport and certain places on LI for example without being a live in maid? People live were they can afford to live, not this Imaginary BS that minorites are being kept out because of the color of thier skin. Isn't it anti capitalist to punish people just because they can afford to live in a neighborhood that others can't? That's discrimination against the successful. Seems to me the real problem isn't racist it's lack of good jobs. That falls right in Obama's lap.

Its been illegal to discriminate in housing since the 60s,diversity includes all colors not just blacks,its about economics,if you can't afford to live in x neighborhood you you just can't its that simple. We did the busing of school kids years ago.We stopped because it didn't pan out well.
