Police protests in So Cal

Southern California is having protests against the local police departments, according to the news, 10 people were shot by police in May.
The biggest problem seems to be in Anaheim (Disney Land area)

The Feds just ended 12 year control of the LAPD.
It started back with the Rampart scandal where police were involved in taxing drugs dealers and organizing drive-bys.
